Piggybacking off it’s $100 discount on two Amazon Echo Show speakers, the company is now offering $80 off to anyone who buys two Amazon Echo speakers, making them each $140 instead of the normal $180.
Amazon is moving full speed ahead on its ambitions of getting more Amazon Echo devices into people’s homes. Today, the company announced that they will take $80 off when you buy two Amazon Echo devices.
At $180 a piece, the Amazon Echo is by no means a cheap speaker, but at $140, it’s a little more palatable, given all the features you get when you get an Echo speaker including the ability to ask questions, request a song, and even control a variety of home appliances.
But I still think the better deal is buying two Echo Show’s, which normally go for $230 each, but if you buy two, you can get them for about $180 each, the same retail price of the original Echo. For that extra $40, you get a 7-inch touchscreen and far more information and capabilities because of it.
